ForgeFlow3D warrants the operation of the platform itself.
All design files sold by independent member sellers are provided AS-IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind. ForgeFlow3D does not guarantee that any design file will print successfully on any particular printer, material, or configuration, and is not liable for outcomes resulting from a buyer's use of purchased files.
What a file looks like in its listing is the seller's representation, not ForgeFlow3D's. If a purchased file fails to download or is not as described, contact the seller first; ForgeFlow3D may assist with redelivery or refunds at its discretion.
