Welcome to ForgeFlow3D. By accessing or using forgeflow3d.com, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. The Platform
ForgeFlow3D is an online marketplace where independent creators list and sell digital 3D design files (STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, GLB). ForgeFlow3D operates the venue and processes payments. ForgeFlow3D IS NOT THE SELLER of designs listed by members.
2. Independent Sellers
Every seller is an independent third party, solely responsible for their own business, designs, listings, descriptions, pricing, files, and compliance with all applicable laws. ForgeFlow3D does not verify, audit, or correct member-submitted content, and is not liable for errors. Sellers and buyers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information they submit — check, double-check, and triple-check before submitting.
3. No Responsibility for Member Sales
ForgeFlow3D is not responsible or liable for any member's sales, products, design files, printability, quality, business conduct, taxes, or disputes between buyers and sellers. Any issue with a purchased design should be resolved with the seller; ForgeFlow3D may, at its sole discretion, assist with redelivery or refunds.
4. Purchases and Delivery
Purchases are digital files delivered by instant secure download. The usage license for each design is set by the seller in the listing description.
5. Seller Royalties
Sellers earn 70% of each sale, credited automatically to their member account when an order is paid; ForgeFlow3D retains 30%. Withdrawals are processed per account settings via Stripe.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not list or upload infringing, illegal, or malicious content, or misuse the platform. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.
7. Memberships
Memberships (Basic and Premium) grant selling privileges as described on the membership page, billed quarterly, cancelable anytime.
8. Sponsored Content and Partnerships
Sponsors and partners are independent third parties. Any sponsored placement — marketplace spotlights, sponsored educational content, newsletter and social features, or site-wide partner sponsorship — is a paid placement and is disclosed as such. Sponsorship does not mean ForgeFlow3D endorses, verifies, warrants, or guarantees a sponsor, seller, product, design file, claim, or link. Sponsors are solely responsible for the accuracy, rights, legality, safety, taxes, and claims relating to their content. ForgeFlow3D may reject or remove sponsored content at its discretion. Users should evaluate sponsors and their products independently.
9. External Links
Sponsored and partnership content may link to third-party websites. You follow external links at your own risk; ForgeFlow3D is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
