Credits, Tokens, and Subscription Policy
All paid membership tiers receive a monthly credit allowance based on the selected plan. Credits do not roll over. Any unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
All subscription purchases, renewals, upgrades, and credit deductions are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital generation credits are consumed instantly and cannot be reversed.
You may downgrade your membership tier at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Yearly subscriptions renew every 12 months. Credit allowances reset at the start of each cycle.
All credit deductions for generation actions (image, SVG, STL, 3D model, batch generation, etc.) are final. No refunds, reversals, or credit restorations will be issued.
Terms of Conduct & Disclaimer
By using ForgeFlow3D, you agree to the following terms of conduct. This platform prohibits all forms of inappropriate misconduct including, but not limited to: profanity, pornographic or sexually explicit images, offensive content, illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, and any conduct that violates applicable laws.
Account Suspension: If you are caught conducting any such behaviors, your account may be immediately suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
Legal Liability: ForgeFlow3D reserves the right to pursue damages in a court of law for any illegal activity conducted through this platform. You may be held liable for damages resulting from your misconduct, including but not limited to civil, criminal, and statutory remedies.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued for membership subscriptions or digital product purchases.
Content Moderation: All uploaded content, including profile information, product descriptions, and images, is subject to automated and manual moderation. Inappropriate content will be removed and may result in account restriction.
