Seller Membership Policy
Seller memberships are billed every 3 months: Basic $9.99 (less than $3.50/month), Premium $24.99 ($8.33/month). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current period.
You keep 70% — ForgeFlow3D keeps 30%. Automatic payouts land in your member account when each order is paid.
Basic members can keep up to 10 active listings. Premium members have unlimited active listings and are eligible for featured placement on the marketplace.
All subscription purchases, renewals, and upgrades are final and non-refundable. Digital design files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
Terms of Conduct & Disclaimer
By using ForgeFlow3D, you agree to the following terms of conduct. This platform prohibits all forms of inappropriate misconduct including, but not limited to: profanity, pornographic or sexually explicit images, offensive content, illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, and any conduct that violates applicable laws.
Account Suspension: If you are caught conducting any such behaviors, your account may be immediately suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
Legal Liability: ForgeFlow3D reserves the right to pursue damages in a court of law for any illegal activity conducted through this platform. You may be held liable for damages resulting from your misconduct, including but not limited to civil, criminal, and statutory remedies.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued for membership subscriptions or digital product purchases.
Content Moderation: All uploaded content, including profile information, product descriptions, and images, is subject to automated and manual moderation. Inappropriate content will be removed and may result in account restriction.
